Tips for Travel: While travel protocols are definitely relaxing, you need to be on top of your game if you are leaving the US mainland. We are all so spoiled to the old days of simply buying a ticket & getting on a plane. In today's world, even with being vaccinated, you will most likely need a covid test 3-5 days before you fly. Test results must be submitted to the online travel portal of where you are going and you must have a confirmation in hand before you are allowed to get on the plane. The Requirements for Travel to the U.S.Virgin Islands!
Currently, if the yacht is registered & based in the USVI, then the charter is allowed to sail only the waters of the USVI. You'll fly to the STT/St. Thomas, USVI Airport and will need a valid negative PCR Covid-19 or antibody test within 5 days of travel, even if you are vaccinated. Submit your negative test & passenger info to the USVI travel portal website: https://usvitravelportal.com/ Print your confirmation after submitting your info & place it in your carry-on. Show your confirmation to the airport agent on arrival.
