USVI Eases Covid-19 Entry Protocols!
Good News: As March 7, 2022, fully vaccinated travelers arriving in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands from mainland USA will no longer need to provide a negative Covid-19 test. This means no Covid-19 testing is required to/from USVI and USA mainland. Unvaccinated travelers are still required to provide a negative Covid-19 test result. Travel is getting easier!
U.S. Virgin Islands: If your group is not fully vaccinated, then we recommend the ease of visiting the USVI: the islands of St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix, Water Island, Buck Island, the new Lovango Cay Resort and the 50 surrounding uninhabited islands, cays & beaches. Much to our delight, local entrepreneurs have added fun new pop-up bars on many of the beaches, new restaurants, and beautiful hiking trails.
Plan Ahead: Even with the current world events, the demand for yacht charter vacations is huge. It's definitely not too early to think about booking for 2023 for the specific yacht that fits your needs & budget. Currently, there are more yachts to choose from that are based in the USVI than any other part of the Caribbean because of relaxed protocols. It's simply easier to sail in "America's Paradise". If you are interested in other areas, you have to plan now.

News from the British Virgin Islands
Contact us for the latest BVI entry protocol details. For fully vaccinated charter groups, we highly recommend you fly directly to EIS, Beef Island, Tortola. The British Virgin Islands ports are currently closed to charter yachts arriving from the U.S. Virgin Islands. BVI registered yachts do not sail outside of the territory.
The legendary Bitter End Yacht Club in Virgin Gorda has reopened after a complete rebuild from damage sustained in 2017’s Hurricane Irma, including the debut of the first of a planned string of waterfront villas. We were some of the first to see the new BEYC. It's very different from the original structure but great! Like the resort’s recently-opened Quarterdeck clubhouse and Buoy Room restaurant, the villas are constructed from a variety of sturdy hardwoods with foundations on ground raised several feet above the previous waterline.
